CPD over two modules to develop tools to assist clients to live their lives through a more positive lens. Developing strategies of finding ways to thrive.
Series of four workshops based around "inner work outer impact". For example what mental models does Frances have have that could impact on her coaching. Being self aware of the mental models that she brings to the session.
Finding out about and developing knowledge of mindfulness in coaching.
Frances attends these frequently throughout the year. She meets with other coaches and is able to keep up to date with what is happening in this field, enabling her to maintain her coaching knowledge and networks.
Developing understanding of how having knowledge of our physiology assists us to manage stress and tricky situations.
